Preeya was established in Chiang Mai after our founding practitioner, having worked within larger regional legal firms for many years, noticed a persistent gap in how families were supported through sensitive matters. Too often, clients came away from initial consultations feeling overwhelmed rather than informed — faced with dense paperwork and little room to ask questions at their own pace.
The practice was set up with a single purpose: to offer family legal services in a way that genuinely centres the people involved. That means unhurried conversations, plain language at every stage, and a clear separation between what is legally relevant and what simply adds unnecessary complexity.
Since opening on Loi Kroh Road, Preeya has supported hundreds of families across Chiang Mai and northern Thailand — from those taking a first careful step to those navigating more formal proceedings. The practice remains small by choice, so that every client receives the attention and steadiness their situation deserves.
